An elegant bathroom

The brief for this project was to create a bathroom which was elegant and relaxing. The room size was generous enough to allow the extravagance of a large shower with seat, a stand alone bath and a seemingly free standing wall which presented the bespoke vanity unit beautifully and allowed the WC to be sited in a more private position. Our client favoured warm tones to create a soothing and calming style so we selected the Versaille Woodgrain panel for the floor. For the wall finish we chose a large format porcelain reflecting the luxury of Calacatta Marble. The feature wall was finished with a tailor made piece to complement the Calacatta porcelain. The attention to detail is evident in all aspects of this scheme and the clients are delighted with their stunning new bathroom....

Helensbay Home

We first met David and Louise in early 2013 when they began the search for finishes for their home which was in the process of being built. They had some idea of what they did not like but were open to looking at everything. It soon became obvious that their taste was for simple elegance and warm relaxing tones. We began with the downstairs areas and David and Louise quickly settled on our Pavillion grey stone in a large 80x80cm square for the dining and sunroom. They loved it so much that they decided to carry it through into the hall.Leading off the hall the kitchen which they had chosen had a soft grey painted  finish with a more vibrant granite worktop so we decided to use a natural look porcelain which toned beautifully with the kitchen finishes and the stone in the hall.We decide...

Fabulous New Bathroom

Richard and Amanda came into the studio looking for tiles for a new bathroom which they were building from scratch. They had ideas and vision of how they wanted the bathroom to look including a feature wall, wet room shower and built-in vanity unit. They preferred more subtle options like texture rather than pattern and changes in colour and format rather than an intrusive feature which they may grow to dislike in time. Attention to detail was very important to Richard so we selected a range that had beautiful finishing pieces and coordinating mosaic to complete the room.  Once the ground work was completed and the shower area perfectly tanked Richard carried out the tiling himself.  The finished room is fantastic. Meticulous cutting and fitting ensured that the room lived u...
